Numeros is an independent website maintained by one person. All Numeros calculators and tools are free to use. Google AdSense advertising and affiliate commissions help cover the costs of running, maintaining and developing the site, and support the work behind it. You do not need to click an ad or make a purchase to use a tool. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the site, use a tool, or contact us. The short version
- Many calculations run in your browser, without sending the entered amounts to a calculation server.
- Some tools request external prices, rules or public lookups. Certain features send user-entered text, search terms, domains or an optional location to another service.
- Some tools save drafts, preferences or optional API keys on your device. Local storage is different from storing those values on our servers.
- Hosting, analytics, advertising and affiliate providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, identifiers and page activity.
- Contact messages are sent through Web3Forms and delivered to us.
Check the notice on the individual tool before entering sensitive information. This policy does not promise that every tool is offline or that no information ever leaves your device.
Calculator inputs and generated results
For tools that calculate locally, values such as loan amounts, weights and measurements are processed in the page. The local calculation does not require us to receive those values. External features described below are exceptions to purely local processing. We do not intentionally include calculator input values in analytics events.
A tool may preserve a draft on your device even after you close a tab. Closing the page is not a reliable way to erase local storage. Do not enter passwords, identification numbers, private documents or other sensitive details into a public lookup or external rendering feature unless you understand what it sends.
Information processed when you visit
Numeros uses Blogger with a custom domain and Cloudflare services. Requests to the site and its resources may disclose your IP address, requested URL, browser and device information, time of access and referring page to the relevant hosting, delivery or security provider. These providers may use logs, cookies or other controls to deliver content and prevent abuse.
Google Analytics is used to understand page usage, such as pages visited and interactions. Google AdSense and its partners process information for advertising and related measurement. Depending on provider settings and your choices, this can include cookies or similar identifiers, device information and location inferred from your connection. Analytics and advertising processing is separate from the mathematical operation performed by a calculator.
We use usage information to maintain and improve the site. Not all information is anonymous merely because a report shows aggregate totals.
Cookies, analytics and Google AdSense
Google and third-party advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on visits to this and other websites. Advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. Learn about Google advertising technologies and Google's Privacy Policy.
You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and review participating vendors' opt-out options through YourAdChoices. These choices do not necessarily stop all advertising or all technical requests.
Where a consent or privacy-choice interface is shown, use it to review the vendors and purposes presented and make or change available choices. Browser settings can also block or clear cookies and site data, although this may reset preferences or affect features. Delaying a script until interaction is not itself a consent choice, and non-personalized ads may still involve cookies or technical information.
Regional consent and opt-out requirements depend on the applicable law and advertising configuration. This policy describes processing; it does not substitute for the site's actual consent controls. We do not claim that a particular browser signal, including Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, is handled unless that behavior is implemented and verified.

Persistent browser storage can remain until a tool replaces it, you remove it, or the browser clears it. Session storage generally ends with the relevant browser session. Browser behavior, including private browsing and shared-device access, can differ. Clearing local site data does not delete copies already submitted to an external provider or sent through the contact form.
External services used by tools
The following describes the integrations identified in the site's tools. Providers or fallback sources can change as tools are updated. A request to an external service ordinarily makes the requesting connection's IP address and technical request details available to that service or its infrastructure, even when the requested content is a public price or rule file.

Some operations may be unavailable without a connection or when a provider limits requests. We do not control an external provider's records or guarantee that its response or privacy practices match ours. Review provider policies before using a feature that sends personal information.
How advertising and affiliate links support Numeros
Numeros does not charge for access to its calculators or tools. Advertising revenue and eligible affiliate commissions help us keep the site available for free and support ongoing maintenance and improvements. Using an affiliate link is optional and does not unlock features or change the calculation.
Some pages link to products or services through affiliate programs. If you follow an eligible referral and take a qualifying action, Numeros may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you through the referral itself. Our affiliate relationships include systeme.io, Wise, GearUP, BullionVault and GOLD AVENUE. The destination may be reached through a referral network or tracking redirect.
Affiliate links should carry a visible disclosure and are marked with rel="sponsored" where applicable. A referral does not change the calculator's mathematical result. The destination company and referral network may receive information such as a click identifier, referring URL, IP address and cookie identifiers for attribution. Their policies apply to their own processing.
Contact form and messages
When you press Send message on our Contact page, the name, email address, topic and message you provide are submitted through Web3Forms and delivered to us by email. Visiting the page can load ordinary website resources; it does not by itself submit the message fields.
Web3Forms processes submissions through infrastructure and subprocessors. Its current policy describes AWS, Cloudflare and Hetzner, and says submitter IP/email details may be processed by spam-prevention services. It states a maximum submission-retention period of three years unless a shorter plan period or earlier deletion applies. We do not promise a 30-day deletion period. We use messages to answer questions, investigate issues and maintain relevant correspondence. Avoid including government identifiers, medical records, account passwords or confidential calculator data. We retain our correspondence as reasonably needed for those purposes and any applicable obligations; you can request deletion of our copy.
Retention and international processing
Local calculator inputs are not retained by us merely because the calculation took place in the browser. Local drafts, cached values and preferences follow the browser-storage behavior described above. Messages, infrastructure logs, analytics and advertising records have separate retention settings and provider policies; they do not all share a single deletion period.
Providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country. Applicable protections and transfer arrangements depend on the provider, service and law. We do not claim a particular retention configuration or transfer safeguard that has not been confirmed for the relevant service.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related processing. Some requests have legal exceptions, and identity verification may be needed to protect your information.
- EU/UK and other applicable privacy laws: rights can include access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where the legal conditions are met. You may also have a right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
- California: where CCPA/CPRA applies, rights may include knowing, correcting or deleting personal information and opting out of sale/sharing. Advertising-related transfers may fall within these legal definitions even without a direct payment for data; we do not use a blanket claim that all such transfers are excluded.
- All visitors: review available consent controls, manage advertising preferences, revoke optional location permission and clear cookies or local site data through your browser.
Submit a privacy request through our Contact page, explaining the relevant tool or message without including unnecessary sensitive details. We will handle requests under the applicable requirements. We may not be able to locate or delete data that exists only in your browser; the local clearing controls are appropriate for that data. For a provider's independent records, its own request process may also be necessary.
Children's privacy
Numeros is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal contact information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it. See our Terms for the site's age requirements.
Security
We use HTTPS for the site and take reasonable care when maintaining it. No online service, browser storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. On a shared device, clear private drafts and saved keys when you finish and follow the API provider's instructions if a key needs revocation.
Policy changes
We may revise this policy when tools, providers or practices change. The date above identifies this version. Where additional notice or consent is required, a policy update alone does not replace it.
